How much money are you making out of youtube and how much views do you get each month?

I know its all very shady and nobody talks about their cpm especially because cpm varies for each channel and it differs on the country your audience is from and also audience retention. I made around 26k views last week and got around 6 dollars. How much are you making??

So far this month I've gotten 22,674 views and $32.11 in revenue. I have a 90/10 split with Curse so that brings it to $28.90 so far.

I agree with /u/Yub_ that people are probably afraid they will be hated for making money off of YouTube. This morning I got a comment on a tutorial I made that said "Do you really need to put ads on your videos?" I have the option to disable ads if I want to, just like that person has the option to not watch my content if they don't want to see ads.

People are never honest about this stuff, and it's lame. I don't think it's against any actual rules. I made $319.60 last month (80/20 network split) and analytics says 564,167 views the last 28 days. TBH I'm not sure what my CPM is.

I think people are just worried they will be hated for earning anything so they don't want to talk about it.

The only reason talking about your income has become a stigma is because companies made it up so people wouldn't talk about what they make amongst their coworkers.

On a totally different note..I checked out your last layers of fear gameplay @yub and you seem to have pretty decent lighting and camera setup..what camera and lighting setup do you use?

I've made roughly $4500 over the last 30 days if you include Patreon and donations in addition to the ad revenue.
I've made about $3700 over the last 30 days from ad revenue alone.
I've had about 1.64M views over the last 30 days.
